HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) rates are subject to change quarterly. Quarterly is defined as a calendar quarter beginning January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Rates are Wall Street Journal Prime (WSJP) plus 0.50% for lines up to 85% LTV and WSJP plus 1.50% for lines over 85% LTV.
