We recenlty updated our core data processing services which will require a password reset.

What You Need to Do:

1. Use your member number to begin the login process

enter your member number

 

2. Answer your security question

answer your security question

 

3. On your FIRST login your password is the last 4 digits of the primary account holder's SSN or TaxID

use last 4 of ssn or tax id

 

4. To change your password, first enter the last 4 digits of the primary account holder's SSN or TaxID, then create a new password. Password must contain at least 1 of the following special characters: *!?#$%^

use last 4 of ssn and create new password

 

GET AN ERROR? - Be sure the password you're using is the last 4 digits of the PRIMARY account holder's SSN or TaxID

old password will give error

 

5. You're all set. Your password has been changed!
